Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-off services — Technical SEO Audit
If you cancel before work has started, you receive a full refund. Once the audit has begun, it is a fixed deliverable and is non-refundable, because the work — the crawl, analysis and report — is already under way. Audits are delivered within the stated turnaround (10 working days); the Complete tier's 30-day follow-up is delivered after the initial report.
2. Retainer packages with a minimum term — Local SEO, National SEO, E-commerce SEO
These packages have a minimum term of 3 months from the start date. Within that minimum term, the retainer is not refundable, reflecting the ongoing work delivered from month one. After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice — no cancellation fee, no retention call. If you have prepaid beyond your notice period, we refund the unused, undelivered months on a pro-rata basis.
3. Retainer packages without a stated minimum term — International SEO (Base), Content & Link Building, AI Search Visibility
These packages run month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. If you have prepaid beyond your notice period, we refund the unused, undelivered months on a pro-rata basis.
4. Enquiry-only scope — International SEO Extended (4+ markets)
Because this scope is agreed individually, cancellation and refund terms for it are set out in writing before work begins, and those written terms govern instead of this general policy.
5. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email support@softseotool.com with your order reference. We confirm cancellations and any resulting refund in writing, and process refunds using your original payment method within a reasonable time.
